Dr. Jodi makes it her priority to not only be an amazing primary care doctor but also provide tips and tricks to help people in their day-to-day activities. This month, Dr. Jodi focuses on de-cluttering your car. It’s a monotonous task that we typically procrastinate for as long as we can, but having a clean care can make a huge difference in your mood!
1. Make it a routine to de-clutter that space. If you spend a lot of time in that physical space, then it's worth having it be as Zen like as possible.
2. Keep a small garbage can in your car. When it is full it is easy to dump it in the trash bin at your house or a rest stop.
3. If switching between locations, have boxes ready that you can easily transfer in and out of your car.
4. With kids it’s great to have washable mat that you can take out and clean off. The upholstery really takes a beating under those car seats and boosters.
These are just some of the tips that Dr. Jodi has used to keep her car de-cluttered. When things are crazy in our life we often end up throwing junk to a countertop in our house or in the back end of the car. But with steps in place to already help de-cluttering will take away just a little bit of stress from the mess.
