The membership is built for busy women. Lessons are short, calls are recorded, and each month we focus on one main theme. You’ll always know the smallest next step to take, not a long list of “shoulds.” 

“Do I have to show up live?”

No. Live sessions are helpful but not required. All calls are recorded and added to your library within 24–48 hours so you can watch on your own time.

“Is this medical advice?”

No. This membership is educational and supportive. It’s not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. You’ll get tools and information to have better conversations with your own healthcare provider.

“What if I’m not sure I’m in perimenopause?”
